An important update for our customers

Bert Frank article - An important update for our customers

To our clients, friends, and partners, in these exceptional and unprecedented times, we want to reassure you that the health and wellbeing of our customers, staff and partners are paramount to everyone at Bert Frank.

Like you, we're keeping a close eye on the developing situation with COVID-19 and prioritising recommendations to keep our teams and their families safe.

Our London showroom is temporarily closed as we continue to monitor official advice and implement all necessary precautions. However, be assured that we are planning and adapting the way we work as things unfold, so that together we can try to keep your orders on track and your projects moving as much as possible.

Our teams have already begun working remotely so please continue to communicate with us as normal. We are talking regularly with all our dealers and consultants and we are utilising all resources available to us in order to continue business as usual.

Our Birmingham factory is still running at full production and we are adhering to all appropriate health and hygiene standards in line with guidance from the World Health Organisation to ensure the health of our staff whilst continuing with production safely.

Alongside this, our delivery partners and supply chain remain fully operational, and we're continuing to process and send customer orders. Currently lead times remain as normal and we will let you know as quickly as possible should the status of your order change in the upcoming days and weeks.

From the whole Bert Frank team, we wish you good health.

Keep your spirits high and stay safe.
