Returns

We offer a 14 day return or exchange policy if you simply change your mind. For any cancellations or exchanges, please contact us on info@bertfrank.co.uk within 14 days from the date that you received your order, providing your order reference number and full contact details.

Please do not return any items to us before having spoken with a member of our team as the items may be refused upon delivery.

Any customised or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, including electrical items which have been installed and / or connected to an electricity source.
